Ultimately, your training should align with your personal goals, which can change over time. For me, it's all about staying active and enjoying the things I love for as long as possible. What's your reason for training? Share your thoughts below! 💪
I'm a huge advocate for multimodal training when it comes to exercise. I love mixing up my workouts with a blend of strength, cardio, and mobility exercises. Some days I focus on one, and other days I combine a couple into a single session.
Even within these categories, there are countless ways to keep things interesting: choosing different exercises (run, ride, or walk?), varying tempos (like 2 seconds eccentric, 3 seconds concentric for strength), adjusting rest periods, and targeting different workout goals.
How time has changed my outlook on exercise…
