Oh my goodness, I chose my toxic workplace over unemployment! Every Sunday evening, I would shed tears, and by Monday, I was back at work! Poverty can truly rob you of your dignity, especially when no one is willing to offer assistance.

Before you dismiss it as not being toxic, let me list some of the things that happened:

- We were required to submit our daily activities on paper, and she would mark them over five with red biro.
