ABOUT LEGAL ADVICE
"A bad agreement is better than a good lawsuit" - Italian Proverb
Legal advice is the giving of a professional or formal opinion regarding the substance (a particular kind of matter) or procedure (official way of doing something) of the law.
@Great_blogging Depends on a number of factors;
a) Your level in the organization. The higher you rise the more distasteful it looks when you resign without discussing with your line manager
b) Relationship with your line manager
c) Circumstances surrounding the resignation.
This 70secs was the MOST TOUCHING part for me today during @PeterObi's appearance at Chatham House.
This part literally brought tears to my eyes. We NEED to get it right in this election 😢

Generally speaking, there is probably no difference between you and the next lawyer. Sure, you're different people. But, by and large, you're going to produce materially the same work product.
A lot of clients know it. That's why many just hire who they like as a person.
Have just listened to bits of the space recording of @DeleAlake. Two things are clear, and as a preface to some of his outlandish claims, I intend to correct them as follows:

7/ The focus of leadership should be becoming dispensable. Manage so well that you’re no longer needed. Perhaps the best measure of your success as a leader is: will the company continue to grow after you leave?
A short story on the irrationality of humans
1888, in Curaçao, a bridge was built to connect two parts of the city. A toll was charged but officials wanted it to be a "progressive" tax. Rich people will pay more to cross.
So how could they identify rich and poor quickly?
@LabiaMinoria @valerian247@von_Bismack@Obinna_esq@omote_jowho It depends on the peculiarity of each case. However, most people may have to write a WILL, except their estate (wealth) is vast. You set up a trust fund to avoid probate, or keep your wealth confidential. Wills are cheaper, but pass through probate, and become public record.
Give yourself full permission to interview your future managers back. When they ask "Do you have any questions for me," take the opportunity to expose what your next 1+ years under this person might be like.
Here are 5 questions I have or wished I'd asked of my future managers:
