@adammocklerr Make your case he's acted unlawfully. DOJ is part of the exec branch, meaning POTUS sets priorities. If he's seen evidence of unlawfulness (which is a reasonable guess) he's well within the boundaries to request such indictments, which are handled by grand juries, not DOJ/POTUS
