I hate when people glorify overworking. Giving up sleep, proper nutrition, exercise, rest, time with friends and family, and never using your days off or PTO isn't admirable. Too many people wear burnout like it's a badge of honor. It isn't. It's nothing to be proud of.
I've been through worst but I came out okay. I'm not afraid of being hurt or being left for someone else because I no longer fear rejection. Those who want to leave, will leave and I'll excuse them, those who want to stay, I'll be there for them.
Working 7โ8 hours a day only to come home with a few hours left for yourself. Time that also has to cover dinner, chores, and getting ready for the next day, feels deeply wrong. Itโs a sad way to spend most of your life.
Sex means nothing to me because I can even go a long time without having sex and being fine with it. I'll never sleep with just anyone. If I'm giving myself to you it has to be emotional trust and love. Give your body to someone who makes you feel comfortable and respected, someone you also love.
Nobody is stingy. People work hard for their money. If you think someone is stingy simply because they choose how to spend their own money, then you are the problem.
Don't give in to the pressure. There's nothing wrong with staying with family until you're able to afford to rent your own place. That peace of mind and space you seek comes at a cost. ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ต๐ธ
Sexual discipline is key.

It will take you far in life.
