Since December, 2025, I’ve been running pillar to post:
-Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited
-Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited
-National Consumer Helpline / INGRAM
-IGRS Jansunwai Portal
Result? ZERO resolution. Only harassment.
Faulty meter since May → inflated bill generated
Complaints raised → ignored
Prepaid meter installed without consent

Supply cut on 25 March despite active dispute

Still charging daily minimum charges

⚠️⚠️⚠️Tried CGRF → even that system is broken. Took payment but didn’t submit complaint. ⚠️⚠️⚠️

My old father has been sitting in shop for 1+ month in this heat without electricity. Is this governance or exploitation?
