Hi @JeffBezos what is happening with Amazon Germany I have paid for an item about a month ago and until today I didn’t received my item where as GLS has marked it as delivered at early morning 5:50 am, now me as customer is struggling to find my item with @amazon , seller and GLS

@AmazonHelp I was doing that from last couple of days breaking my head with your customer service ,in Germany minimum wage 4 one hour is 13€, from last 5 days 1 hour I.e 5 hours * 13€ and stress & harassment on top of that, now I can’t, I will ask @JeffBezos Every day #where is my parcel
