@SamsungIndia this is regarding the service I've requested for my washing machine.. your Engineer made a visit one 4th March and told us that the drum needs to be replaced and it will take 3-4 days to order.. It's 9th March today, as of now no replacement/repair has been done.

@MSEDCL First 36kv line issue, then feeder breakdown and now Incomer Trip in Kharghar. Where does those hefty amount charged in the name of electricity bill goes? Why there's no control measures in place.. why there's no regular maintenance? For how long we are gonna suffer?
