Lesson of the day….
You don’t have to degrade or demoralize someone to enlighten them. It’s very possible to make a point without trying making someone feel inferior.
You should try it!
Have a great day! 😃
I watched someone who recites the “booty hole brown” song try to check someone about celebrating the 4th. 🤦🏾♂️ Acting like majority of people didn’t just find out about Juneteenth within the last 5 years ago. Now people coming with “you didn’t know” & “know your history” 🤦🏾♂️🤣
Talk yo sh!t when needed, but trying to make yourself sound better than the next because of brands and labels will expose how 🌽 you are every single trip!
I was scrolling SM and watched a few people try to brag with their noses up, whole time they don’t even know what they’re talking about. They were trying to sound snooty, but they’re new to it and it showed. 🤦🏾♂️
Watching people name drop “luxury” brands that they never researched is crazy too! People don’t even know what quality is, they’re just impressed by the name brand. 😒
A lot of people in Cleveland have this thing of wanting to seem better than the next. I’m sure I had that same mentality at some point in my life, but to see mid 30-early 40 year olds do it on social media is obnoxious. 😒
Sacrifice is crucial to the process. Many desire easy without obstacles, but that’s a rarity! You have to sacrifice something, whether it’s sleep, time, money, relationships, comfort or a million other things. Decide which sacrifice(s) are worth your success then act accordingly.
In life, all you can really focus on is what you can control. Ignore the outside noise and develop tunnel vision. When people throw dirt on your name, deal with it without stressing over it. Remember flowers and gardens grow with dirt thrown on them. 💛
Some of your best work is still ahead of you! Stay young, vibrant, and just keep putting in the work and you’ll find out sooner than later! Keep FVCKIN goin!!!
Goals are great, but make sure that your habits match. You can’t have goals to be successful and wealthy with lazy and poor habits. High key, your habits are more important than the goals.
I always had a “you could be doing more” feeling even when I was doing more. Grace is a gift to yourself, because we can be our own worst enemy (self-abuse) by constantly demanding perfection of ourselves & not giving the credit & praise we earned during the journey.
Our focus today is GRACE! As we navigate through life, it’s crucial to give yourself grace throughout your journey. I robbed myself of grace for a long time by never slowing down to appreciate & celebrate myself when I should have.
