CHAPTER SEVEN
FORMS OF TAX RELIEF
-What is “Tax Relief” as defined in the Finance Act-2012 or Taxation Act-2009 in South Sudan?
-Tax Relief refers to a government policy designed to help tax payers reduce their tax burdens or resolve their tax-related debts.
-In Kenya, national highways are planned by the “Kenya Roads Board” and later constructed by the [Kenya National Highway Authority - KENHA] as established by LAW, but not by a limited liability company as it’s the case in South Sudan.
-While Africa Resource Corporation - ARC was able to get away with the lucrative construction of national highways in South Sudan.
-It’s evident major roads in most democracies are constructed by Gov’t agencies like regulatory agencies & Gov’t commissions through “PPP Model.”
We're aware of the false claims circulating about road construction projects by ARC.
The photo being used is actually from Kenya, showing a road in Wajir County built by Chinese contractors. It was posted by Kenyan blogger Cyprian Nyakundi on his platforms:

IMPLICATION
On hear that Elon Musk will then wake up one morning and announce; “he is black-listing South Africa on X” and for a South African to recover his/her account, it must be done in another country at a fee —— this is called “State Capture” of modern times.

-It unfortunate our brothers in South Sudan are supporting a controversial issue using another controversial issue — We must go back to school to properly study “Geo-Politics.”
