Extremely disappointed with @SamsungIndia support. My #GalaxyS21FE developed screen lines right after a software update on Feb 4. Submitted it on March 18 — was told it would be fixed in 5–6 days.
No updates for weeks. I finally had to collect the phone without any repair. Now the issue is worse — SIX lines on the screen. And now I’m told I have to pay for something caused by Samsung’s own update?
