@IKEAUSA I bought a new couch from you in mid February. It was damaged. I fixed it, assembled it, and called customer service about what to do. I was offered a discount and was asked to send in pictures, which I did.
I've since had to call customer service back four times.
.. no, I need to disassemble the original and build the new one because Ikea won't do it.
So I was shipped the damaged item and told I would be compensated. Your CS team has flipped back on this twice. And now it's my responsibility to do the labor. Is this a joke?
