@My_Metro It’s not about being frustrated it’s about not knowing if I’m going to be 15mins late to work or 2 hours. There isn’t any other public transport options available from here. Considering how unreliable the metro is you should have a bus fleet on standby at this point.

@chrisdmadd @My_Metro Yeah that's not what I'm saying at all, what I'm getting at is the preparations the metro take are clearly not sufficient, with little signs that there's going to be improvements. Not expecting them to turn off the weather, just be prepared for the changing of seasons.
