@SartanparaYash@jatinsapra Hi, wanted to know if Signature night credits of 5 nights a month are also eligible for stacking? Or is it just the China plan that stacks?
@IRCTCofficial@RailwaySeva@RailMinIndia
Why am I being charged a "Catering Charges" of โน19 when I clearly have selected "No Food" as the option? What catering service is being provided to me for this charge?
@r3hen209@ameyakarve Is it only for the monthly plan? I have ALL Signature yearly plan (bought during the black friday sale) and I did not receive any extra nights even after 4 months of credits
Since you have closed your replies let me ask you this in Thailand did you visit the Bridge on the Kwai? Or the Phanom Rung park? Or the Naga bridges in Phimai?
I can guarantee you, you didn't. Even on the 10% chance you did, I can guarantee you, you have no idea about the history behind these places and it was more of a photo Op.
Travellers seek many things, such as historical tourism, night life based party tourism, sex tourism, cultural tourism etc etc. Food is one tiny part of it except if you are a gastronome and that's the core experience you seek.
And this is not restricted to Indians, ever seen foreigners in India on their first tour? Most will prefer bland westernised food, just because I show up in Hyderabad doesn't mean "bring me some ultra spicy gongura chutney".
Gatekeepers like you are a full of hubris and in your parochial view you determine what is or isn't tourism.
With near certainty I can tell you that I am way more well travelled than you, I have been to 39 countries, cities would be multiples of this and the first thing I do is search Google maps and tripadvisor for the nearest Indian food place. And even in that restaurant I will only eat dal khichdi, aloo mutter and phulka. Why? Because food and the whole "wow what great street food" is a non factor for me, food is something that sustains me to get to do what I really love, adventure sports and historical tours.
So in Antwerp I might only eat dal khichdi but I will also spend 3 days in Waterloo just understanding the topography and even spending an hour in Hougoumont farm (which to you will be a generic building).
Imagine I judged you and other foodie gatekeepers like you for being philistines and boors just because we don't share the same interests?
That's what you lot are, pretentious philistines
@airindia
Flight AI2944 (scheduled departure from BOM at 14:25) is still at the gate with no signs of takeoff. Have a connecting flight from Delhi. Please confirm AI2944 flight status/estimated departure as I don't want to miss my connecting flight
Outrageous housing rents, almost all areas under construction and constantly dug-up & broken roads, heavy crowd pushing existing infra to the limit, shit weather & crazy monsoon, heavy traffic and high costs eating out (unless you're eating at a small stall)
Mumbai has lost it!
@Kushal_Chordiya@ThePuneMirror@purvesh_314 Nothing like 2 guys fighting, showing ass cracks, abusing each other in shudh-desi gaalis while q couple of girls keep pleading them to stop in polished English
@nebula_world Hi, it's been more than two days since I opened my Hilton Honors account. Every time I go to buy points, it says that I'm not allowed to buy points (currency) today. Am I missing something? Can you share a direct link to this offer?
@ankurmittal Is anyone able to book? The dates selection calendar doesn't work as of now for me and when I open it on my laptop it still shows 2024 dates (while in mobile it shows 2025 dates) in the offer description
@Pradnya_007 As someone who is from Nashik, I'll say that one should skip Sula for stays. The price doesn't justify the experience. A simple visit by paying the โน1k weekend entry cover charge is a better way. I'd rather recommend Aria Resort for stays
@cards_wizard Hi! I bought the Explorer membership today and have a few queries. I got the silver status but I can't see the bonus 3000 points or the buffet and other vouchers anywhere. Should I wait before raising a customer care request?
I couldn't afford a one-way flight ticket of โน25,000 to Prayagraj. And so, I didn't go.
I don't buy a โน500 coffee at an airport, cos I don't see the value.
I don't buy a movie ticket on the first day if I feel the price is too high.
Government doesn't have to "intervene" in these areas - whether it is to 'regulate' airline fares, put price caps on movie tickets or set up Udaan Yatri Cafes for 'affordable tea and snacks'.
I'm sorry, these are dumb ideas. And a distortion of the market, using the power of the state. There are companies who have poured crores of rupees in investment - hoping to charge certain fees and make money out of this endeavor.
If the State undercuts them with disastrous policy, it'll be the death of such businesses. And the last thing the country needs, is more Government run/controlled businesses.
The Ghosts We Inherit: India's 'New Money' Story
My mother reuses tea leaves until the water runs clear. My friend's father keeps a wooden box in his closet, with carefully folded bills arranged by denomination. Another's maintains a small diary tracking every household expense down to the last rupee. These aren't quirks โ they're battle scars from a generation that survived on less.
We are their children. We carry their financial trauma in our wallets, even as we tap them against sleek payment terminals at craft coffee shops.
