Rest your mind. Everything always works out.
You are doing your best. You came so far and sometimes you just need to pause for a moment and acknowledge yourself. Look at what you overcame. Look at how strong you are. Look at how better you’re doing. Get out of the rush and mindset of judging your path, your timing, and where you find yourself. You can do something about. It can get better.
The end of anything is the beginning of something greater. If you spend more time acknowledging how precious life is and cherish every moment, you’ll get out of the fears and overthinking of what’s next. It gets better. What’s next is far greater. In every moment you’re evolving. Sometimes you might experience challenges that feel like a part of you is coming to an end, but it’s needed for your growth. You’re evolving spiritually. You’re awakening. You’re realizing so much about yourself, who you really are, and what you deserve.
In that transformation phase it can feel heavy or even uncomfortable. Face the unknown. Face the uncertainties. All that means is that you’re changing in a deep way. Your soul wants this new beginning. Don’t be afraid.
Release the need to control everything. Change doesn’t mean an end. It means a new experience, a rebirth, a rise and new things to learn. For once feel a moment of letting go of all control. Breathe. You don’t have to fully understand why and when. How and the timing. You just need to allow and believe. Dream and imagine. Trust and pray. Be grateful for who you are. Give yourself credit because you are truly strong. Your past shows that. Nothing can break you. Life gets better from here.
Affirm I FEEL SO GRATEFUL to welcome all this energy into your life. ✨
Choose your peace and be calm when you feel like you’re being challenged or tested. Overreacting only creates regret. Take a few hours or days for things to clear out. Be emotionally intelligent so you can be in the right state of mind to make better choices. It all gets clear.
Be an energy converter. Whatever comes your way, convert it into what you want it to become. Everything is how you respond to it, not how it actually has to be.
