@united I tried to do a Day of Departure upgrade to first class but it kept failing on the payment final step. Customer service on that day told me the seat was not really available. But you have ended up charging me twice - $868 total - for an upgrade that never happened!

@PingTour Hi. I ordered custom G410 irons via @golfgalaxy back on Aug 12th . I've been given constantly moving delivery estimates that keep sliding since Oct 15th. Last week I was told 'by Nov 1', today it's 'within 1-2 weeks probably'. That will be nearly 3 months!

#DisneyWorld @WaltDisneyWorld Hollywood Studios has five rides with an hour wait and 2 others with two hour wait. And no fast pass despite charging for fast pass privileges. Not good
