I have always heard of it but the first time I saw its effect in action was this time I was a teacher and one of my students poured it on some other students' tables and chairs.

I saw how those students were crying and scratching their body, and all I can say is... you have to be evil to use that on another human.

We rubbed palm oil on their bodies that day but it still took hours before they calmed down.

Are there other ways to neutralize the effect quickly?

I abandoned what I was doing and rushed down there.

I called him when I got there, he said he was almost there.
