They let the community actually use the product and then respected that effort by turning participation into real value.

Simple. Fair. Rare.

@zama did something equally important.
Instead of one-shot hype, they ran multiple seasons, giving small creators time to learn, improve, and earn their place.
No rush.
No influencer-only doors.

This is exactly what more projects need to follow:

> Reward consistency
> Give people more than one chance

Because the next cycle won’t be won by the loudest projects

it’ll be won by the ones that build trust early and quietly.
