This kind of discipline was common in the past, and many of us went through it without it destroying our future. Today, however, it is being treated as if it is completely unacceptable, even when it is used to correct behaviour. We need to set clear and fair rules in schools. There is nothing wrong with enforcing discipline when students are consistently late.
If there are no consequences, then responsibility is lost. Who will clean up the school or manage the disruption caused by latecomers if no one is held accountable? Schools cannot function properly without order and shared responsibility. Students must understand that their actions have consequences.
This is why many people come to work late and see nothing wrong with it; it eventually becomes a habit. Children need to be taught discipline early so they grow up with the right values.
At the same time, discipline should be applied fairly and responsibly, not out of anger, but as a way of correcting behaviour and maintaining order in the school system.

There seems to be a political party in Ghana whose members both men and women occasionally make the most bizarre and tone-deaf comments imaginable. Sometimes, you wonder whether they deliberately test the patience and anger of Ghanaians just to see how much outrage they can generate.Every few weeks, someone emerges with a statement so unnecessary and disconnected from the realities people are facing that it becomes the topic of public debate for days. Instead of focusing on solutions, they seem more interested in making controversial remarks that provoke reactions and dominate headlines.
At this point, one begins to question whether these comments are genuine policy positions or simply attempts to stay relevant by stirring public emotions. Whatever the reason, Ghanaians deserve thoughtful leadership, not a constant stream of remarks that insult their intelligence and test their tolerance.
@ghonetv Sometimes, when some of you haven't had an orgasm in a while, you come online and start saying all kinds of nonsense. Maybe you need to take care of that frustration, because sexual frustration can sometimes affect your mood, judgment, and the way you interact with people.

He is trying to use emotions to manipulate Ghanaians. This seems to be the NPP's strategyblaming the courts or judges by suggesting they have access to information outside the evidence presented by witnesses.Running away when you know the person is going to jail....The law should apply equally to everyone. Whether the person belongs to the NPP, NDC, or any other party, if they are found guilty of wrongdoing through due process, they should serve their sentence. Justice should not be influenced by political affiliation.
@fatheranthoni why should we allow this man to walk when some get 15 years for stealing Goat or plantain, we are not serious if we allow this man to walk......
