Customer first - proper signage, quick processes, fast moving queues! And eliminate unnecessary processes, like the exit scan! & moving passengers by bus all over, then up & down stairs! Efficiency must become a byword @mohammedhersi @Ma3Route @kipmurkomen

@KenyaAirports We must call out inneffiency! At JKIA, uncoordinated, mob-like lines at Port Health check, Passport check, exit scan....it routinely take more than an hour to get out of the airport. Do you have a plan to be more efficient? @mohammedhersi @Ma3Route @kipmurkomen

NTV reporter a quick visit to @naivas_kenya @CarrefourKe. @QuickmartKenya and even @jumuiaKenyaKE would have shown that indeed retail prices have dropped from a high in January 23 when dollar to Ksh was exchanging at even lower rate . To claim that consumer prices have not dropped is not entirely true. Well it's only ethical to give a full picture.
