@mphoki2@kamo_mash@__joyh@TshenoloPi Very painful. However, we live and learn. This serves as a valuable lesson for others not to be misled by performative acts on social media. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through an experience like this.
@DeeThapsee@kamo_mash@__joyh@TshenoloPi That’s how they operate! We had to resort to investigating ourselves, get leads and share with them! They did nothing. At some point, their investigator lied that he was in direct communication with the police! Lies, nje! All their stories were just that, stories!
@kamo_mash@__joyh@TshenoloPi My uncle went missing in March 2025, we made payment around that time. From around April/May 2025, they stopped all communication! In fact it was always me calling and asking for updates. I sent their DMs here and many follow up, fokol response!
@RealYenaLoyo@__joyh@TshenoloPi I tried every available option! Earlier in June this year, they issued a statement here on X that if anyone has a complaint, they should direct it to their CEO and email address was provided. Sent an email and to this day, no feedback!!
@V_BaBe2@GontseStill@__joyh@TshenoloPi I’m not one to bash businesses online especially ba rona batho! Taking advantage of people in need must be the worst kind of customer treatment. I just pray and hope others do their due diligence and never go through this! But judging by their defensive posture, they don’t care.
@DineoDMufamadi In June 2026, they published a statement on X requesting that anyone with a complaint submit it directly to their CEO via the email address provided. I sent an email on 1 June 2026, to date, I have not received any acknowledgement, update, or feedback.
@__joyh@TshenoloPi Sorry for your loss🙏🏽. My family went through the same experience, being scammed by people we thought would help us. To this day, some of my family members think I scammed them of their money whilst I paid Tshenolo for services they never provided!!
@IsaacKgafela@TshenoloPi True, however, what is unacceptable is paying for a service and get ghosted and never getting any feedback from Tshenolo! Go to Hello Peter and you will see all complaints are about the similar issue.
My family and I are a victim of scamming / rubbish service from this nonsense Tshenolo PI! In our time of need, we had hoped we will get assistance in finding my uncle! But here we are, scammed! But ke bophelo, we moved on! Modimo a be le lona 🙏🏽
OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM THE CEO – TSHENOLO PI
To our valued clients, supporters, and members of the public,
We have recently become aware of a number of complaints and concerns raised regarding services provided by Tshenolo PI. First and foremost, we would like to acknowledge these concerns and sincerely apologize to any client who feels that they have not received the level of service, communication, or professionalism they deserve.
As the CEO of Tshenolo PI, I wish to state clearly and unequivocally that we do not scam our clients, nor have we ever set out to deceive anyone. Our company operates within the confines of the law and remains committed to providing professional investigative services with honesty, integrity, and dedication.
We do, however, accept responsibility for instances where our service may have fallen short of expectations. Following internal reviews, it became evident that some cases were previously handled by investigators who failed to meet the standards required by our company. Some of these individuals have since left the company, while others were dismissed due to poor performance and failure to uphold our values and professional standards.
To all affected clients, we respectfully request that you contact our office so that we can personally review and address your concerns. We are committed to resolving legitimate complaints and ensuring that every client receives the service they deserve. Any affected matter will be reviewed and, where necessary, reassigned to competent investigators so that it may receive the attention it deserves.
We would also like to make it clear that a lack of updates does not mean that a case has been abandoned or forgotten. Investigations often involve lengthy periods where no new developments are available to report. During these periods, our investigators continue working behind the scenes, following leads and gathering information. We do not stop working on a case simply because it becomes difficult or time-consuming.
At Tshenolo PI, we are known for our persistence. We have successfully recovered stolen vehicles and resolved matters that had remained unsolved for years because we remain committed to pursuing every reasonable avenue until results are achieved. The fact that an investigation takes time should never be interpreted as a lack of effort or commitment.
We acknowledge the criticism that has been directed at us and view it as an opportunity to improve our service, communication, and internal processes. We kindly ask for patience, understanding, and cooperation while we address these concerns and work toward satisfactory resolutions.
Clients who have concerns regarding their cases are encouraged to contact us using any of the following channels:
📞 Office: 066 472 7099
📞 Office: 012 001 9951
📞 CEO Direct Line: 082 782 3853
📧 General Enquiries: [email protected]
📧 CEO: [email protected]
Clients are also welcome to visit our offices.
Should you wish to discuss your case directly with management, arrangements can be made for a one-on-one meeting with the CEO to better understand the status and progress of your investigation.
To every client who has placed their trust in Tshenolo PI, we thank you for your continued support. We assure you that your concerns are being taken seriously and that we remain committed to professionalism, accountability, transparency, and delivering the service our clients expect and deserve.
Sincerely,
Bongani Sibanyoni

@FARPostZA This explanation makes it worse!! Why did he pick him then knowing he will only have 2 days to see him and might be enough time to make a decision!!!
@Zuko_Godlimpi Seriously, it gets frustrating when he does this every time! Sundowns doesn’t need cheerleaders in commentary box…they play good football! Supporting a team is fine, but come on, surely he can be neutral in his analysis!
@HLAPOGADI81 Unfortunately photos don’t always tell a whole story, and often are used to push a narrative.
He didn’t slip and he was not showboating either! That was a good move to get out of a tight spot! Mdu has been struggling with form, but yesterday he was better.
