Why I have so much respect for Nick Saban, I love the guy - Crikey have I made mistakes and seen so many teams make mistakes, all happy after a win and grumpy after a loose (now I’m at times more grumpy after a win) it’s about the process, always striving to be better. “Care about the players for their benefit .. wanting value based principles that will make them successful in life”.
