Following on with division we moved onto place value and dividing by 10 and 100! Very hard to highlight just 4 pieces, as y3 on the whole showed an amazing response to another unfamiliar task. Incredibly proud

In y3 we have moved onto division, using the week to explore different methods, first up we had arrays! Was very proud of what was produced as it was a topic we hadn't covered for a while.

In y3 we have spent the last 2 lessons learning the expanded column method, beyond proud with the progression they have all made in such a short time!

Great lesson to end the week. Constructive criticism combined with drawing butterflies in increasing time amounts. Y3 produced some really lovely work and thoughtful critiques. Very busy week, but a fun one. Looking forward at what's to come

Back and in the swing of teaching! Here are some colour coded diary entries from today. Both colour coding and diary features being new, done independently too. Loving the class I am currently with, having the most fun planning for them. Lots more to come for this week

Last day with my year 5's, I was blessed with a truly amazing class this year, in such a short time we created a really strong bond, teaching them made me incredibly happy. Learnt a lot about myself and teaching thanks to these kids, going to treasure this card forever.
