@OlaElectric Switch to @OlaElectric,book and forget about delivery even after allotment of Chassis, Insurance issued and RTO paid. No update or wrong information about delivery in their app. There is a huge delay in delivery. Insurance is getting wasted,who shall bear that cost @OlaElectric ?

No sequence & transparency in the delivery process. Where is the "Trust of Mahindra."

@18002096006@Mahindra_Auto Now I am again hearing the same type of excuses and fresh commitments and it almost feels like I've booked this vehicle recently like a new booking. Mahindra should at least stop taking fresh bookings if they are unable to cater to the existing ones.
@18002096006@Mahindra_Auto There is no transparent process being followed by the dealers with respect to the bookings and neither do they value their commitment. The last commitment was 15th July and today is 19th July and now the manager has been changed.

Team Mahindra @18002096006 should respond to these issues and adopt a more transparent practice for bookings for better customer satisfaction, otherwise mahindra will not be able to hold buyers for long and it would tarnish its image.
I earnestly request team @18002096006@Mahindra_Auto not to take online bookings of the vehicle as your dealer does not respond well to the online booking as if they don't need these bookings. Postponing the delivery of the genuine buyers who are in queue is a serious issue.
