@Uber_Support Forgot to post the follow up. Uber did NOTHING. Said because we entered the pin the transaction was over. Why did YOUR driver call & say, “I’m pulling up. Enter your pin now.” Total scam. I’ve gotten so many people to drop Uber Eats. They’ve all had problems.
@UberEats blows. Ordered food. App said it was arriving. Waited outside. Never came. Spoke to the driver who said he handed it to me. He told me the address which was NOT my address. Uber Eats will not refund me because “I accepted the order.” Calling credit card company now.
Ok, I’m done. Taking all of my $ out of @CityNational. Nowadays a sub par website & glitchy app is crippling. Trying to deposit checks for 2 weeks. As soon as the cam opens the app crashes. Happening to alot of people. Problem not on our end. Better reverse over draw fees.
Uber did nothing. Said they could not help because pin was given. Well, the driver called, “I’m pulling up. Give me your pin.” Why did THEIR DRIVER ask for the pin if they know their own policy? I looked up this issue online & apparently it’s common. Never use UberEats again.

@Cigna I did as requested and, lo and behold, was told “it’s being worked on,” “they will be in touch.” Exactly what I’ve heard for a year. I guess I now have to go to the @BBBureau
I HAVE to leave #CIGNA. Consistently the absolute worst. They owe me over $1500 and have told me - for almost 8 months - "the check is in the mail." Everytime I call, "We're expediting it." Never comes. @Cigna.
