I am the founder of B.E.S.T. Fraternity which is social organization for at-risk elementary aged males! I run a year-long soft skills, leadership development competition which is funded strictly by donations! We started with 200+ in the competition and now down to the Top 7‼️

My 2nd Quarter Learning Focus for my leaders and teachers has been Aggressively Monitoring LEARNING. I’ve had an awesome time facilitating learning for them this nine weeks!

I thoroughly enjoy bringing all these young men from 12 different campuses to hang out with me each nine weeks! Our BEST Shake competition started with over 200 scholars in Oct. Now we are at the TOP 25! I’m so proud of these young men!

This week has been all about BUILDING LEADERS’ CAPACITY! I love when my leaders request/sign up for ILT support! This week I was able to deepened their teams’ understanding of what PLANNING for LEARNING looks like through a STANDARD-BASED APPROACH!
