Indian government should reduce taxes and attract large amount of crypto investments .

👉 30% tax should be in slab's.
👉 Loss should be carry forward
👉 TDS should be 0
👉 Crypto should not be consider in gambling category

The TDS provision will affect Day Traders, High Frequency Traders. Also government has the additional task of refunding all such TDS.

You invest 500rs in coinA
And 500rs in coinB

You make 250rs profit in coinA and loss 250rs in coinB

According to new Tax policy you can't setoff your #crypto losses against other crypto profit.

So you'll pay 30% Tax on 250rs

You'll left with 675+250 = 925rs

This doesn't make any sense. That after new Tax policy apply from 1 April in india.

People will not be allowed to even setoff their crypto losses against any other crypto profits.

If happens, it will kill #Crypto industry in india.
