Anyone else had issues with @JusEatUK taking orders and the restaurant not delivering your food? I have ordered 5 times recently and only 3 have been delivered. Just Eat refuse to refund the latest order because they have refunded b4 is this theft taking money and not delivering?

@JustEatUK I have again ordered food through your platform and again a takeaway didn’t deliver and you don’t think a refund is warranted! What planet do you live on… if you order and pay for something and it isn’t delivered you should get a refund!

@AsdaServiceTeam this is how you deliver to a 95 yrold with dementia on walking sticks. Your driver ignores the delivery slot arrives an hour early and delivery instructions. So he has home help and then drops the shopping on the stairs for him to carry himself #disgrace
