@EricTopol Fantastic post, Eric. From someone who has done an official Vo2 max test on several occasions, I can confirm Apple Watch, Garmin and others indeed underestimate readings in the “fit” people cohort. Apple Watch misses more dramatically than Garmin so I switched to Garmin.
BEAST GAME EPISODE 3 IS OUT NOW!
To celebrate, I'm giving away $100,000 total to 10 random people who like and retweet this post!

@BradSherman@SenAlexPadilla@LaphonzaB I'm joining childhood cancer advocates for #ActionDays2024 to ask Congress to fund childhood cancer research and cosponsor the Accelerating Kids Access to Care Act (HR 4758/S 2372) and the Pediatric Cancer Drug Supply Act (HR 6963).
Last week, the St. Baldrick's Foundation held its annual in-person board meeting where I am continually inspired by the work of the Foundation, the dedicated staff, volunteers, donors and management team.
I also invite you to watch a 2 minute video by Scott (age 12), one of our 2024 St Baldrick’s Ambassadors and a childhood leukemia survivor.
In this video Scott shares his cancer experience, why support is needed, and how you can make a difference.
@LoriShemek Amazing! Do you know if the study included any children in the patient population? Asking from the perspective of an advocate for children’s cancer research. BTW - you should come out to our event in LA in April :)

@MrBeast Reposted but wanted to flag that if mine was selected, 100% of the $25K would go to Children’s Cancer Research. @MrBeast you should come out for Cocktails for a Cure in LA:

@pierremouchan@johnnyxbrown Agreed. Peer reviewed sources particularly when a product is being sold at the bottom through affiliate marketing would be helpful.
