@virginmedia ive rang in 3 times today about my internet going down...due to start work in a couple of hours which i do from home why do your agents hang up when they cant sort out a problem time to get @Ofcom involved as this is the third time its gone down this month
@virginmedia your companies a joke mate....the person who rings in about my complaint ain't even going to understand what I'm saying and when i get too technical for them they're just going to hang up....do you not have someone i can speak to that won't take an hour to answer their phone?
@virginmedia thats a fucking joke doesn't take you 28 days for you to collect payment from me does it....also this complaint is about a service your not offering so does that mean i can refuse payment for 28 days???
@superstaryas7 sweet thanks for the advice broππ½ the last engineer who came out said it was the physical line that was ripped somewhere which is why they were scheduled to come out to do some work and now its gone down again π€¦πΎββοΈ
@superstaryas7 yeah he was...didn't turn up and rescheduled it without my knowledge so I'm pretty much screwed for work now unless i get more data from my phone provider π€·πΎββοΈ
@virginmedia the first one was raised a few weeks ago to actually get the problem fixed then another one day because i have to wait until tomorrow for a quick fix and few weeks for an proper fix even though im due to start work in 2 hours
@virginmedia automatic compensation is on the ofcom site but I've not recieved any for the missed appointment not that it matters as i just need my fucking internet working
@virginmedia my line to avoid this happening again but that didn't happen as it was rescheduled without my knowledge quite clearly you can't offer me a service but i can't cancel because I'm on hold for an hour then get hung up...i think the only way to resolve this is through ofcom
@virginmedia@Ofcom as my internet continues to go down ive had to go to EE to get data of them so that im able to continue doing my job as clearly virgin cant offer this service....they were supposed to send an engineer but he never made it and rescheduled it without telling me
@MUFC_WAS_HERE@virginmedia whats funny is that they cant understand me but i can speak the language they speak there but they are told they cant do that instead they are told they have to speak in broken english and have no idea whats going on.....absolute madness
