That’s a 5x outlier in a single month from the 12-month average. Within that, food services and drinking places alone added +48K — also far above trend.

@EricSpracklen SWFL market dropped from 469k median price in 2022 to today at about 400k - an -18% drop. Coincidently they had the highest level of sales this season since 2022. Inventory as moved lower from the 2025 peak. Just a preview of what other markets will see.

@fentasyl Using the enterprise version - it continually takes a long time and forgets previously entered data. Or reverts to an action that we had already corrected. When I use Claude it remembers and rarely reverts in the progress. Claude sucks for visuals and creative stuff though.
