@sainsburys Yes that is correct. The member of staff didn’t believe my wife when she said that the offer was on the shelf ticket as she said that it started the day after she bought it. My wife isn’t a liar!

@sainsburys my wife went to the Denton Store and bought toothbrush heads on offer. She later realised that she was charged the non-offer price. When she went to cust. services today she was told that she was wrong as the offer hadn’t started until the next day.
