@MyntraSupport Haha, funny. I’ve raised multiple complaints, and every so-called resolution only added to the frustration. I first assumed the problems were to a specific location, but clearly that’s not the case. The platform is fundamentally broken, and honestly, nothing seems to change.
All delivery platforms keep bragging about "doorstep delivery", but customers often end up with terrible service.
TL;DR: My delivery was cancelled because the delivery agent refused to come upstairs.
@MyntraSupport Again the same happened. I was provided with an update saying out for delivery for an order and here goes the drama. Got a message saying delivery failed. Neither the executive called nor messaged. I'm done with you guys.
This isn't a one-off experience. If customers have to leave work, come downstairs, and collect orders themselves, what's the point of a delivery service? If delivery partners aren't expected to complete the delivery, then what service is the platform actually providing? @myntra
Order cancelled because they "couldn't deliver".
I paid the item price, platform fee, and delivery charges. What exactly am I paying for if not delivery to my doorstep?
@GyanTherapy@Maruti_Corp It's the usual cliche by the dealership. I booked a Baleno Alpha and now I'm chasing them for updates. The yard here is very bad and they tried to push me old stock/cancelled vehicle. Now there's an unforeseen delay. No point in emailing as well, no resolution.
Booked a Baleno Alpha MT (Opulent Red) from NEXA . What followed was a frustrating hardship and confusing experience others should know about. Mailing Maruti or NEXA didn't help. Also the ESCALATE FIRST required interaction ID which is unknown. @Maruti_Corp@NexaExperience

Reported it to Maruti; they called it a “backend error.” But the messages keep coming.
Feels like the entire system - dealership + backend - is broken or shady.
If you’re booking with NEXA, check the VIN and verify the records yourself.
Here’s where it got - I started getting official Maruti/NEXA WhatsApp messages saying my delivery date was Oct 8.
Then another message saying my car was due for its first service - even though I never took delivery.
