@CurrysServices I've already given my case number in the thread so you have all my details. There is no complaints procedure for Partmaster (which is part of Currys). I needed to know what bolts to attach a Samsung TV to a Sandstrøm wall bracket. Partmaster were useless. I went to Accu instead.
