Ordered 5 items as an @AmazonBusiness customer; only 4 were delivered when the website says 5 were delivered. I've reached out to Amazon 4x in the last 5 days, being told someone would reach out, but never has. Trying so hard not to post the video of this delivery evidence, but..

@AmazonHelp Still, no resolution. Everytime I connect with someone they have to “escalate” it. Question? How many escalations does it take to get an issue resolved that was outside of my control, but I’m affected because I’m out of pocket for an item that I never received?

@HomeDepot needs to get it together. All of the working are actively not trying to help. This use to be the go to store for pros but now it’s now. Also, if your inventory shows 15+ in stock and I go to 5 different stores with no result, something is wrong.
