I'm bilingual and I love languages. Love kids? Learn to say their name as their parents gave them. I practice names of kids until I get right and I ask them if I'm enunciating it correctly. You'll show empathy and humility in doing so.

No. Ask your students how to pronounce their name correctly, practice it as much as you need to, then say it correctly.
