پھولوں کی پتیاں یا انتقام؟
​پاکستان کی سیاست میں مخالفین سے سیاسی انتقام کی داغ بیل نیازی فتنے نے ہی ڈالی۔
اگست 2018 میں نیازی کے حلف اٹھاتے ہی نواز شریف کی گاڑی پر پھول نچھاور کرنے والے دو کارکنوں پر ایف آئی آر درج کرواٸی گٸی۔ یہ پی ٹی آئی حکومت کا پہلا سیاسی انتقام تھا۔
​آج جب پی ٹی آئی موجودہ نظام پر ظلم اور جبر کے ریکارڈ توڑنے کا الزام لگاتی ہے تو مخالفین ماضی کے ان ہی واقعات کا حوالہ دیتے ہیں جہاں پھول پھینکنے جیسے عمل کو بھی مقدمہ بنا دیا گیا تھا۔
جبکہ کل ہسپتال جاتے ہوٸے مجرم نیازی کی گاڑی پہ بھی پھول پھینکے گٸے مگر حکومتی اراکین میں سے کسی نے اس طرف کوٸی توجہ نہیں دی۔
​تمام دہرے معیار اور فسطاٸیت نیازی کے دور میں ہوٸ�� اور اب یہ الزام دوسروں پہ لگاتے ہیں۔

In a determined effort to eliminate terrorist threats and dismantle the khwarij and terrorist networks, over the last few days, Security Forces conducted a series of high tempo joint intelligence driven operations along with Police, as part of relentless counter terrorism campaign aimed at eliminating Indian Proxies, Fitna Al Khwarij and Fitna Al Hindustan. These operations have yielded major successes, inflicting significant blows to the terrorist networks killing forty nine terrorists/ Khwarij and effectively thwarting any attempt to undermine peace and stability.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, twelve khwarij belonging to Indian sponsored Fitna Al Khwarij were sent to hell in multiple high tempo intelligence based operations in Bannu, North Waziristan, Orakzai and Khyber Districts. During these operations, a large quantity of explosive, IED detonating remotes, weapons, ammunition and motor cycles were recovered and destroyed.

In Balochistan, thirty seven terrorists belonging to Indian Sponsored Fitna Al Hindustan were effectively neutralised in ten intelligence based operations in Mastung, Mach, Khuzdar and Panjgur Districts. A significant quantity of weapons, explosive drums and remote detonation equipment were seized and destroyed.

The Security Forces of Pakistan remain resolute and unwavering in their commitment to defend the nation’s frontiers. Sanitization operation are being conducted to eliminate any other Indian sponsored Kharji/ terrorist found in the area as relentless Counter Terrorism campaign under vision ��Azm e Istehkam” (as approved by Federal Apex Committee on National Action Plan) by Security Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies of Pakistan will continue at full pace to wipe out the menace of foreign sponsored and supported terrorism from the country.

One Country, Two Laws — Brahmins Above the Law? ‼️‼️

🔺Supreme Court ordered that a convicted criminal be medically examined by a team of five specialists under the supervision of his personal physician and family and that too at a private hospital.
🔺Article 25 of the Constitution makes it clear that all citizens are entitled to equal treatment and that the law is equal for everyone. The Prison Manual also provides that prisoners must receive necessary medical facilities inside prison and, when required, be taken to a designated hospital. Yet the government complied with the Supreme Court’s order and arranged a detailed medical examination for Imran Niazi by a team of specialists in the presence of his personal physician, Dr. Faisal, and his sister, Dr. Uzma.

🔺 This raises a fundamental question: why is it always the elite who receive special treatment above and beyond the ordinary application of the law? Pakistan’s prisons have a capacity of 65,811, while the number of prisoners stands at 102,026. Around 73% of them are still waiting for their day in court. There seems to be no time to hear the cases of ordinary prisoners, yet there is round-the-clock availability and extraordinary attention for a national offender. This is difficult for any ordinary citizen to digest.

🔺 The irony is that the government complied with an order despite questions being raised about its constitutional basis, while ordinary citizens such as Uzma, Salman Akram Raja, and PTI behaved as though they believed the country were their personal property and they its sole rulers.
🚨 Justice and fairness are not achieved merely by filing contempt-of-court cases. True justice means treating every citizen equally, making decisions according to the Constitution and merit, and ensuring that the elite and powerful offenders are held accountable under the same law and serve their sentences when convicted.

In civilized societies, judges make decisions on the basis of evidence and the Constitution—not on the basis of office, social status, or social-media trends. ‼️‼️
