Dear YouTube Team,

I categorically dispute the termination of Cute Cat Gate for spam, deceptive practices, or scams. My channel is clean, and I have committed none of these violations.

Cute Cat Gate is my original cat-story channel. Every emotional, educational, and entertaining cat video was individually developed from my own ideas and created from beginning to end using paid production tools, including Google Flow Ultra, CapCut, and ChatGPT Plus. The channel was not an automated, mass-produced, or repetitive spam operation.

I have never copied or reuploaded videos, purchased views, manipulated engagement, operated scams, posted deceptive links, impersonated anyone, or attempted to mislead viewers. The channel had only 55 subscribers and had never received a Community Guidelines strike, copyright strike, copyright claim, or restriction.

I personally opened and controlled this channel and completed YouTube’s identity verification using my Canadian permanent resident card. I stopped uploading approximately five months ago after returning to full-time employment in March. Inactivity does not constitute spam, deception, or fraud.

This termination is factually incorrect. I respectfully insist that the decision be escalated for a diligent senior manual review and reversed. Please restore Cute Cat Gate.
