E-bikes can reach 20 mph, and Class 3 e-bikes can reach 28 mph. Same models can go even faster

An estimated 45,000–60,000 e-bike injuries occur annually in the US across all ages

Roughly 8,000–12,000 children and teens have to visit the ER every year from them

Children involved in e-bike crashes are more likely to suffer traumatic brain injuries, fractures and internal injuries than those injured on traditional bicycles because of the higher speeds

Pediatric trauma experts report dozens of children and teens have died in e-bike crashes in recent years

They need to control the situation, the officers are outnumbered, utilize non-lethal options and the non-aggressive people will leave, those that remain have your attention.

You can escalate up and down your use of force chain as you feel appropriate.

It is important, I agree with your point.

I also would add that lower enlisted are generally right out of their parents house.

Those boys will like like dirty little pig pens if you let them.

As they say, cleanliness is next to godliness, it also helps give the soldier pride in his appearance and surroundings. Being clean keeps him from getting sick.

It keeps his command aware of how soldiers are living, and aware of maintenance issues in the building (I do understand the critisms that not enough is done for building issues).

In order to not get shot by federal agents, all you really have to do is not TRY TO MURDER THEM WITH YOUR CAR
