Day 100 of #100DaysOfCode 🎉🎉🎉
Today, my main focus was learning how to implement security in my endpoints (I learned about JWT, OAuth, and OpenID Connect), which I started implementing. Additionally, I explored how to send notifications to the client side using SignalR.
I didn't post anything the past few days because I was having an issue with the database that I couldn't solve, but it was a very silly mistake, hahaha. And because of this, I didn't want to say that my last day of the challenge had been fixing a bug
Day 99 of #100DaysOfCodeToday,
Today, I created the models related to a bid, added the new tables to the database, and started working on the bid controller.
Day 98 of #100DaysOfCode
Today, I finished the auction controller, and since the original approach was from microservices, I've been thinking about how I will integrate everything into one API and the necessary changes to do it.
Day 97 of #100DaysOfCode
Finally, my academic year has come to an end, which is why I've been absent. Returned today with a few HackerRank challenges and made some changes to my API models.
Day 96 of #100DaysOfCode
Busy days due to exams, but anyway, today I created the database, installed all the required packages, and created the context and some models for my API.
Day 95 of #100DaysOfCode
Solved some HackRank challenges today. Starting a new project tomorrow: rebuilding my auction site backend API as a single API. Once I finish this one, I'll make the microservice version.
Day 94 of #100DaysOfCode
Today, I completed my API by implementing all the endpoints, marking the conclusion of this project. I made sure to apply good practices commonly used in API development
Day 93 of #100DaysOfCode
Today, I developed CRUD methods in the service layer and set up endpoints in the controller layer that utilize these methods. I've also begun to think about the other endpoints that my API will have.
Day 92 of #100DaysOfCode
Today, I started an API. It will be simple, but I'll try to apply good practices, design patterns, and everything I can. So today, I created the basic structure, models, and the context. I also began to learn about patterns commonly used in APIs.
Hey everyone! I've been working hard today, but I've realized that my microservices web app might be too complex for me right now. I'm hitting a lot of roadblocks, and I haven't even built a single API with .NET yet. So, I've decided to start with something simpler.
Day 88 of #100DaysOfCode
Today, I solved 3 HackerRank problems and linked my search microservice with mongodb and add some filters to use in the search.
Day 87 of #100DaysOfCode
Today, I created the only entity used in the search microservice for my webapp and studied in more depth how request-response works and synchronous-asynchronous workloads.
Day 86 of #100DaysOfCode
Today, I started the search microservice for my webapp and began learning how to make the microservices communicate with each other.
