Tracking No K75703052 was booked with an expected delivery on or before 27th Jan, as shown in your own tracking. However, the parcel has been stuck in Cuttack with no movement, making timely delivery highly unlikely.
[3/3] This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. Please escalate this immediately, provide a genuine status update, and ensure prompt delivery instead of false assurances.
[2/3] Your customer support has been extremely disappointing. On calls, I’m repeatedly told it will be delivered in “20 minutes” or “2 hours,” which is clearly unrealistic. No one is giving a clear or honest update, and messages are going unanswered.

On 24/07, you approved my ₹60K loan which should credit to Airtel Bank (9337879772). But, no money credited – yet you’ve set an EMI due date (05/08).
How can you charge payments for a loan never credited? @RBI
This isn’t just poor service – it’s systemic failure. Tagging @NPCI_India since UPI/IMPS logs should show the attempted disbursement.
Immediate action needed:
Correct the EMI date (should start AFTER disbursal).
Disburse funds ASAP with transaction proof.
