THREAD: Wizkid, Industry Shifts and Why He’s Been the Only One Seeing the Bigger Picture for 16 Years

1/
Very few artists truly understand the deeper mechanics of this industry its cycles, politics, and global shifts.
But for 16 years,

[BIG AURA SAMKLEF @SAMKLEF]

BIG AURA WHICH ARTIST GET AURA PASS ?

[STARBOY GUCCI🖤🦉🖤 @Guccistarbol]

When Burnaboy almost lost his relevance in the industry , Zlatan came through for him and blessed him with “killin dem sha” feature which blew him up again, it’s so sad same man Zlatan helped during his low times couldn’t show up for him on his biggest day smh.

[Chylevibes @mrchyle]

You have successfully rage baited me and I am here to tell you that you no get sense!!!!

[HONITEL👑 @HonitelHQ]

Since nobody wants to say it, I will. Wizkid dey fvck up big time.

He doesn’t show up for people, and it’s really bad.

LAX got married a few weeks ago, and Wizkid didn’t turn up for him. If you read between the lines of LAX’s response when Wizkid posted about it, you could tell he wasn’t too happy about his absence.

In fact, I think Wizkid should have been present at Zlatan’s wedding. Burna came for the bachelor’s party. Davido has been there since day one, and I understand that we can’t compare the two because Zlatan and Davido are close friends.

But Wiz? E dey mess up. When was the last time he showed up for another artist’s event?

Before you say he probably sent them money, yada yada, they’re all rich. Sometimes, your presence matters more than anything you can ever offer. This is how you build solid relationships with people.

He’s not the only celebrity introvert. This is just a bad habit. You are a superstar, we know, but haba nau.

[Chylevibes @mrchyle]

Wait, am I missing something? Why are they so obsessed with Wizkid attending Zlatan’s wedding? Since when did Wiz and Zlatan become friends?

[ÌKÀ NATION 🎙️ @Wuwaika90]

Make Wizkid go the wedding make Una shift the spotlight to Wizkid vs Davido matter while neglecting the main event, awon ode

Do you all know that it was @davido that went to use his own contact to release VDM when we arrested him?

[BIG AURA SAMKLEF @SAMKLEF]

Whatever the Adelekes are going through right now in the hands of VDM @Davido is to blame! I’ll explain more next week.
Everything started cause I was fighting for mohbad! Time for Nigerians to know the whole truth.
