I am running the Manchester Marathon in April this year, in a last ditch attempt to marathon before the big 4-0 this year. At first I was doing it "for fun" but thought why not try do some good along the way.

Using @BottledBook as an inspiration for some @EmotionWorksCIC work. Emotion bingo, brainstorming and then orange cog bottles with behaviours that can pour out. P4/5 @NWCCDumfries loved it
