@Headteacherchat My last school in the uk I was key stage lead. We had a 24 year old AHT for English across the trust try to come in and advise us on English. Needless to say he was not taken seriously.
@Headteacherchat I wish you look. But too young in your career , first should be subject leadership and key stage leadership. It’s going to be hard to get respect so early in your career. My advice is not to lord it over people you manage or make or implement any change.
@Headteacherchat I think this seems to be a common theme in the uk. I’m not sure if it’s changed as it’s been many years since my nqt. But should you even be doing SLT in your ECT?, I would wait a few years.
@DeltaSassy In the uk her Children would be HRH Prince/cess of Sussex and they would use that as their last name.
Only males not in direct line are Mountbatten Windsor or if they leave the royal family.
@DeltaSassy Royals don’t usually have last name. Harry and Will were known as Harry wales and wills children are now George wales etc as they are inline to the throne. Harry is MBwindsor HRH the Duke of Sussex. So she gets a courtesy from him.
@nolink29 No she was actually invited with open arms. The late Queen even took her on official visits before she was married. Kate waited a number of years before even meeting the Queen. Sorry this woman is a narcissist and deluded. The lies about titles for a start.
@TTRadioOfficial It’s time the teachers started rising up the and combatting this. Never understood theee CEO’s. Never seemed to do much. That money could be invested into the schools and children. Problem is we have sat back and allowed it to happen
