In 1902, half of Minnesota's games were against high school teams, alumni teams and the equivalent of JV teams.

@cfbcampustour@knightschool67 Everything I heard from alumni and people who went to games there was so cold to watch a game. Winds ripped through and much of the stadium had no seats, just sat right on cement so late season games were miserable.
@MikeSielski Cut out to left of catch was 483. That wall in front of him was around 450 feet. Still a shot and a spectacular catch and a ball that was hit really far (home run in modern parks)
