A good practise on Sunday took us to London with bikes on the Emirates Cable Car, Cutty Sark, Greenwich, along the south bank to St Pauls up to Brick Lane then home via Walthamstow and finally High Beech - about 56 miles! Thanks to everyone that has supported us and the BHF.
