@CrossCountryUK is the 1500 from BRI to MAN running today please? The 1300, 1400 and 1600 are all showing as cancelled. I have tickets for the 1500, and it's showing as running on Trainline, but it's disappeared entirely from National Rail's and your own website.

@michellelincoln @SkyCinema I've had the same problem this morning. Live chat advised me to call them on 03300412525. They reset something at their end, got me to uninstall and reinstall the app (you need your password to reinstall!), and I've got my codes now.

Disgusting that @Microsoft @Outlook silently implemented a change that resulted in emails not being delivered and simply being deleted instead.
I paid for attraction tickets this morning, before knowing this happened, that I'll never receive. No idea what other emails are gone.

I'm a paying customer, & am spending today removing 500GB of data to clear room. Invoices, emails, receipts sent to me today since midnight are 'unrecoverable'.

@Outfoxthemarket think the letter saying gas standing charge is getting a 50% discount from January needs some work?
Same letter says it's going from 14.805p to 14.795p = 0.06% discount, not 50% discount, bit of a difference there.

Electric meter I replaced in Nov 2020 was done by @bulbenergy, now defunct. I learned today it was a smart meter. But my current supplier @Outfoxthemarket can't log into it without access codes from my old supplier. Help please, @OctopusEnergy, is this for you as Bulb's new home?

Tonight's @lesmisofficial at The Lowry was just wonderful. Excellent, amazing cast. Particular shout outs to Nathania Ong for "On My Own" and Nic Greenshields for "Javert's Suicide", both of which were extraordinary and had me totally transfixed.
