This is forcing students, not having printers, to go out and look for A4 sheets. Even those staying in containment zones are not spared, making them HIGHLY SUSCEPTIBLE to #COVID19.
Thus in order to stop contracting #COVID19, students have to risk themselves to #COVID19

Catch 22 situation of NUSRL students' in a nutshell.
Students opted for online end sem exams after @ugc_india released guidelines, to avoid going out and contracting COVID.
But college firmly mandated ONLY A4 sheets to be used for writing answers.

While Universities throughout the country are waiting for @ugc_india guidelines for end sems. NUSRL, Ranchi (UGC affiliated) is in a tearing hurry to finish conducting its exams leading to massive problems for students. Some form of intervention will be helpful. @HRDMinistry

NUSRL, Ranchi decides to conduct end sem exams for its students. Questions will be emailed and answers to be HANDWRITTEN on A4 sheet. ANY OTHER TYPE OF SHEET NOT ALLOWED. So a student, residing in a containment zone has to now go hunting for A4.
