Hey @magellanoutdoor… some coolers claim they’re bear-proof. Yours just proved it.
Glad I had my Magellan Pro to keep my @buschlightapple and @michelobUltra ice cold and locked down. 🍻❄️
The bear managed to clean out the @igloo… but never got into the Magellan.
Actually, obligatory:
Two economists are walking in a forest when they come across a pile of shit.
The first economist says to the other “I’ll pay you $100 to eat that pile of shit.”
The second economist takes the $100 and eats the pile of shit.
They continue walking until they come across a second pile of shit.
The second economist turns to the first and says “I’ll pay you $100 to eat that pile of shit.”
The first economist takes the $100 and eats a pile of shit.
Walking a little more, the first economist looks at the second and says, "You know, I gave you $100 to eat shit, then you gave me back the same $100 to eat shit. I can't help but feel like we both just ate shit for nothing."
"That's not true", responded the second economist. "We increased the GDP by $200!"
Prisons are over populated. We need laborers to do certain jobs especially in agriculture. We pay large amounts per person to house these criminals. Why not make them earn their keep. Work the vegetable fields and what not. Ease the pain on both ends while we reset and then see what common sense might regulation or action might be required. In the meantime fix the legal immigration process so we can legally bring good people in at an acceptable pace.
Ag business, specifically commercial application and farming are some of the biggest gambles in the world. Every farm and operation is different but the margins are thin if you’re not a good manager, then throw all the other risks of failure out there it’s tough to stay optimistic. If you compared it to healthcare and big pharma corn should be $15-20 in my opinion (shooting from hip) to compete. Price increases of labor equipment cost of living etc compared to other industries are talked about nationwide but I don’t think hold a candle to our industry.
@LowBoomLowDrift@gustgd Have you ever gone out after an evening application at dark with black light? Or put water sensitive paper in the canopy? Be curious to see results. We pattern test quite a bit never tried your method.
@LowBoomLowDrift@gustgd What kind of nozzle spacing are you running that your pattern can overlap and fan out enough to get better coverage at that height?
