@fitbit In an ironic twist of fate... I changed my mind and decided to send @fitbit a DM to elaborate on my displeasure. Yet I can not send them DM's!!

It has been a bad few weeks for my @fitbit. First, the challenges feature (that I used every week for 5 years) was removed from the platform. Then the adhesive on the face of my watch gave out and the screen popped off... AGAIN! Seems to be a common issue.
